A Kosovo Protection Corps engineer
pulls an abandoned car out of a ditch near the culvert on Ring
Road Tuesday Feb. 12, 2002. Debris, like this car and the trash
in the photo, blocked the culvert and caused flooding on the road.
The KPC and the 27th Engineer Battalion (Airborne) cleared the
