Vinnie recently finished shooting his first full-blown horror film in Ireland. It is a great scary and funny story called Bog Body, about a naturally mummified iron age warrior or 'bog body' that returns to life, leaving a trail of destruction. Vinnie plays Mr Hunter, an enigmatic hunter who does battle with the bog body, played by Adam Fogarty (Gorgeous George in Snatch). The great cast also includes Jason Barry (Tommy Ryan in Titanic) and Nora-Jane Noone (Holly in The Descent). Bog Body is Vinnie's third film with writer-director Brendan Foley. Their first, Johnny Was has now won Best Feature at five film festivals in UK and Canada and their second, The Riddle, a supernatural thriller with Derek Jacobi and Vanessa Redgrave, has just completed post production.
