Candidate Profile
Lavasoft - The Original Anti-Spyware Company - is seeking an International eCommerce Manager who will lead a full spectrum of sales and marketing initiatives in order to maximize Lavasoft's online worldwide sales. As International eCommerce Manager, you will be an integral part of the sales/marketing team, as well as a communication channel to other international departments.
Job Description
- Increase revenue through the eCommerce channel
- Increase eCommerce conversion rates
- Analyze data and results to identify and recommend new revenue-generating initiatives
- Identify programs to strengthen customer relationships and drive retention revenue
- Identify and analyze business development opportunities for new markets and expansion
- Manage vendor relationships in support of e-commerce transactions
- Coordinate promotions with affiliates, resellers, and other online distribution partners
- Manage daily operations for eCommerce platform
- Shopping cart optimization to increase revenue per visit and order size
- Support sales initiatives for new product launches
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years online consumer marketing experience
- Proven success with online consumer sales
- Solid sales/direct marketing background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivated and driven to perform
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the computer security software industry a plus
