ST GREGORY'S COLLEGE Situated on 425 hectares, St Gregory's was founded in 1926 by the Marist Brothers as a Catholic secondary school. Today, the college provides a day and boarding school to serve the needs of students from the metropolitan, Macarthur and rural areas. The purpose of St Gregory's is to provide and promote holistic education that strives to enhance the spiritual, intellectual, social, cultural and physical potential of young people. VET-delivered/TAFE courses are also offered. Sport: Students compete in Metropolitan Catholic School Association competitions in a wide range of sports. The school is very strong in rugby league, cricket, soccer, and basketball. Welfare and personal development: A full-time school counsellor is available.
