Any such controversy or claim will be arbitrated on an individual basis, and will not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, CA, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction of it. Any claim or cause of action that you may have with respect to this Site, the Content, or this Agreement must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or it will be forever barred. Any action or proceeding by MoAD relating to your access to, or use of, this Site or any Content in accordance with this paragraph will be instituted in San Francisco. or federal court in San Francisco, CA. Accordingly, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco, CA. with respect to all matters relating to your access to or use of this Site and the Content and waive your rights to removal or consent to removal. MoAD Privacy Policy
No part of this Site is directed toward anyone under the age of 13. Users of this Site from outside of the United States should be aware that this Site and the servers that make this Site available are located in the U.S. Information submitted to this Site will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

Non-personally identifiable user data
When you visit this Site, our systems collect non-personally identifiable information about your computer, including IP address (your computer's unique signature), operating system (e.g., Windows 98), browser software (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape), and Internet Service Provider (e.g., AOL). We also collect information about what you view on the Site. This information reflects our users as a whole and helps us to better understand how the Site is used and to develop new features and offerings likely to interest our members and users. Event registration and Membership
When you register for an MoAD event or join through Membership on the web site, MoAD asks you to provide your name, e-mail address, billing address, telephone number, credit card payment information, and membership number, if applicable. This information is required to complete the billing process. MoAD may contact you regarding your registration or purchase. MoAD uses this information to document your purchase internally and to bill you. Order information is shared with third parties, such as your credit card company in order to fulfill your order. MoAD may also compile and share aggregate information for statistical purposes, such as to track purchasing trends.

Data security
Online registration and purchases are performed through GeoTrust SSL. Information sent to this Site, if in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session, is encrypted to protect against disclosure to third parties during transmission. MoAD also adopts internal procedures to maintain the security of personal data. However, MoAD cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit.
