2002 June

2nd SAARC Cycling Championships held at Yamuna Velodrome, I. Q. Sports

Complex, New Delhi for track events & DLF Gurgaon for road events from 8th-12th June 2002. The following countries participated :-

 

1.     Bangladesh   -   15 members

2.     Nepal        -     5 members

3.     India         -     25 members

 Srilanka & Pakistan did not participate in the above championships due to reasons best known to them.

2003 August

The Indian Cycling Team of 11 members participated in 23rd  Asian Cycling Championships & 10th  Asian Junior Cycling Championships held at Chang Won City, Korea from 5th  - 13th  August 2003. The over all performance & view of training imparted on the following players and officials was very -very satisfactory :-
