Teacher acquitted in UCC sex case
A former teacher and dorm supervisor at Upper Canada College was acquitted yesterday of charges of sexually abusing a student decades ago at the prestigious school.Herbert Sommerfeld, 70, was free to go after Mr. Justice Charles Vaillancourt of the Ontario Court rejected testimony from the man who had accused him of sexual assault.
