The Caroline Brevard Grammar School, built in 1925, is a Mediterranean Revival Style building. From its completion until 1959, when it was sold to the State of Florida, the building served as a public school for kindergarten through sixth grade. The school was named after Caroline M. Brevard, a local author and educator. Today, the building is called the Bloxham building and houses several state offices.
