4:00 pm to 6:00 pm: Bikram's Beginning class led by Cynthia Wehr. This event will be held at Bikram Yoga Capitol Hill.
Day 2: Sunday 9/30: 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm: Bikram's Beginning class led by Ky Ha. Bikram's Advanced class. Coaching session for competition participants. This event will be held at Bikram Yoga Falls Church, 1073 W. Broad St. #213 FC VA 22046. www.fallschurchyoga.com
