In September 2008 we will profile 10 legal departments that have developed innovative ways to solve the problems that beleaguer law departments. The article will showcase the best practices employed by today’s in-house legal community. We are searching for departments that have found innovative ways of dealing with such issues as managing outside counsel, providing business value to the client, using technology to boost efficiency or managing a budget. (These are just a few of the areas we will be looking at, but it is by no means a comprehensive list).
