MIKE DUFFY'S TV TODAY: Chuck asks Ned about his powers on 'Pushing Daisies' - 11:50 pm
"Pushing Daisies" (8 p.m., WXYZ-TV, Channel 7, ABC). It's magic. "Daisies" dazzled viewers and got off to a strong start in the ratings last week, winning the time period and giving ABC its best new series 8:00 numbers in three seasons. Tonight the quirky cool fairy tale finds pie maker Ned (Lee Pace) and sleuthing partner Emerson Cod (Chi McBride) looking into the mysterious death of an auto expert found dead after a strange hit-and-run accident. Plus, plucky Chuck (Anna Friel) wants some answers about how Ned brought her back to life after she was murdered. He was just doing what comes supernaturally. | Post Comment
