Ingredients
300g sweet potatoes (boiled)
50g plain flaour
50g granulated sugar
oil for deep frying
salt to taste
Method:
1. Mash sweet potatoes.
2. Add flour and mix well. Add small amount of water if needed.
3. Make a round doh and make it even on the middle.
4. Add 1/2 tbs sugar to the middle and reshape it to oval shape.
5. Fry until turn yellow. |
