This web site has been developed to introduce some of the indentured servants contracted to the Van Diemens Land agricultural company. In 1825 the company was initially granted 250,000 acres in the far North West corner of Tasmania on which they planned to grow prime wool. The site also provides a small amount of information in relation to the ships on which the servants were transported.

The Overview will provide background information on the servants and the company.
