On his second album, this young Philadelphia MC drips with next-big-thing potential: I'm a Hustla sounds like the work of a JV Jay-Z who's ready to kick down doors but doesn't yet have his world-beating focus. Most of these market-tested tracks don't do justice to this former mix-tape hero's brassy flow, except on "B-Boy Stance," where Swizz Beatz's synth bounce and pricey hooks give his hustling songs a popwise, club-ready impact.

While yes Cassidy has the looks and talent for a real rapper, "I'm a Hustla" and "B-Boy Stance" are probably the only stand out tracks on his album. Although, the closing of the album "6 Minutes" is also a stand out and reminds you that everything must have a good and bad ending. A must buy for sure if you're a real hardcore rap fan.
