Double Take — New York: Classic With a Twist There were a number of classical motifs spotted throughout the New York show; many were given a modern edge through color, scent and updated graphics.
Double Take — New York: White Hot Nature was already a trend and white an "in" hue; what we saw taking off in New York was the combination of the two. The shape of wood or leaves, especially, was hot. Cool hard materials and (lack of) color turn organic forms into sculpture.
