PALMER -- A plan to erect a 199-foot-tall tower near Lazy Mountain signals the beginning of a new radio station in Wasilla.

Another bomb threat targets Colony High School

PALMER -- A bomb threat discovered on the wall of a public restroom in a downtown commercial building Thursday morning sent Alaska state troopers to Colony High School once again.

Former dairy head files suit

Joseph Van Treeck, the head of Matanuska Maid dairy for more than 20 years, has filed a lawsuit against his former employer, saying he was made a "scapegoat" by the failing creamery and was denied severance payments.

Number of jobs at new malls at issue
