UV Converter Lens
Universe is now offering a .7x front converter lens assembly to fit our 25mm series UV Quartz lenses. This converter mounts to the filter threads of the UV2528 and UV2528B lenses and will give the equivalent of 17.5mm focal length on a 2/3" maximum detector coverage. Universe is proud to introduce our family of UV-quartz lenses for imaging in the 266nm spectrum. The smaller lenses pictured are the UV2528 and UV2528B, 25MM F/2.8 quartz cctv lenses.  They are both C-mountable and will cover up to a 16mm imager. The "B" model has  adjustable iris control also.
UV8040BK  78mm F/3.8 Quartz Lens-
The lenses at right are 78mm F/3.8  and feature adjustable iris and focus and a removable C-T mount adapter. The T-mount can be converted to Nikon F-mount with an accessory converter. This lens will cover 35mm film format. 


UV1054B 105mm F/4.0 Quartz Lens -
At right is the 105mm F/4.0 quartz lens shown with and without the included C-T adapter. This lens will cover 35mm film format and features an adjustable iris and focus. It has the look and feel of a high quality SLR lens and can also accept the Nikon F adapter. All lenses are in stock for immediate delivery. 

This chart shows the typical transmission of the Universe family of quartz lenses. Though they are optimized for 266nm you can see the wide range of transmission. Be advised that the lenses are NOT corrected for constant focus throughout this range. Re-focus will be required at different wavelengths.
