Region Northeastern corner of Oklahoma.
Classification Siouan, Siouan Proper, Central, Mississippi Valley, Dhegiha.
Comments Closely related to Kansa, Omaha, Osage, and Ponca, all called 'Dhegiha.' Bilingualism in English. Nearly extinct.
