Performing at the US concert
If one artist from the '80s can be called the most surprising comeback story
of the aughties, it can only be Mr. Jon Bon Jovi, who overcame his hairsprayed past ("You Give Love a Bad Name") with a series of dressed-down
acting roles and a very tasteful makeover. Then he and guitarist Richie Sambora got the band back together, replacing their
rollicking "Slippery When Wet" sound with mellower tones and all was
forgiven.
