Population 28,465 in Nigeria (2000 WCD). Population total all countries: 31,265.
Region Borno State, Gwoza LGA, mainly in Nggoshe village (different from Ngoshi), and in Agapalawa, Amuda, Vale, Ashigashiya, Kerawa, Pelekwa villages. Also spoken in Cameroon.
Alternate names   Galavda, Gelebda, Glanda, Guelebda, Galvaxdaxa
Dialects Bokwa, Ngoshie (Ngweshe), Glavda. Close to Guduf. Wolff (1971) separates Glavda from Guduf and Gvoko.
