Not so sure about this one
Pros: It's an iPOD nano,
'nuff said
Cons: The USB connector that came with the iPOD fails to charge it correctly. I would've returned it to NEWEGG if I hadn't borrowed a wall adapter from a friend.
Other Thoughts: Like all portable storage devices the actual usable memory is always less than what is stated, in this case less than 1GB. You can get an iPOD shuffle for about the same price.

Nano good, warranty bad
Pros: Good price, like new product.
Cons: Don't expect warranty coverage from Apple! I tried to update my purchase date from when it was originally purchased (10/06) to when I purchased it (9/07) and Apple told me my request is denied! So the only warranty coverage you're going to get is Newegg's limited warranty of recertified products.

DOA Refurb... would you expect more?
Pros: None
Cons: DOA. It's a refurbished product. To this day I haven't had a single refurb'd piece of equipment work correctly... you'd think I'd learn. Apple customer service is horrible... Waited for 30 minutes to listen to a guy say "well did you charge it?" and eventually hanging up on them after about 20 minutes of arguing about my ability to plug in a USB cord and push a button.
Other Thoughts: Never again will I buy refurb'd stuff. It seems that others have had the same issues. None of Newegg's fault, but rather poor quality controls at whatever facilty "refurbishes" these ipods.

Nifty Little iPOD
Pros: Small, Lightweight and Cheap!
Cons: Limited in memory size, but not a factor for intended use (while walking). I wouldn't recommend this memory size for a "Main" iPod.
Other Thoughts: I have a 60g Video iPOD, and now this Nano. I love them both. If you are looking do something similar, look up on Google how to use 2 iPods on one computer. Works like a charm!

Pros: Good Price
Cons: D.O.A.Can only be rpaired or replaced by Apple. Be prepaired for at least a month for that.
Other Thoughts: Spend a little more and buy it locally so you can return to an actual store if there is a problem with it.

Dead on Arrival!
Pros: Small and black.
Cons: Ipod was delivered completely innoperable. Ipod came on few a split second only to have the screen fade into oblivion and never came on again. On top of that the warranty number that came w/ it was for a call center that is open m-f 8am to 5pm...when every one else in the world works. Now I have to go through hassle of finding time during work to call and get an address to pay for shipping to send the thing off and hopefully get repaired before the 60 days is up or I just bought a ninety three dollar paper weight.
Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for. I was skeptical to buy refurbished equipment but thought Newegg.com would send me a working product. One that they tested.

Apple is still # 1
Pros: easy, intuitive, simple, stylish, best MP3 player I ever owned.
Dah - it's an iPod!
Cons: be careful unplugging it from your PC - doing that wrong may KILL you iPod!
Other Thoughts: I owned many MP3 players, this is the only one my Grandma can figure how to use....
