Seattle Parks & Recreation - Strategic Plan
More than 30 Public Meetings!

Seattle Parks and Recreation is developing a Strategic Business Plan to establish a vision and guide decisions over the next five years. Public and staff participation are integral parts of this process to ensure the Plan reflects the needs of the Seattle community.

The City's Off-Leash Areas are an integral element of this plan. We urge all interested COLA members and users of Seattle dog parks to participate in this important planning activity:
