Van Boening wins Derby 10-ball ring game

Round Three of the Derby City Classic Banks Division is complete and round four is underway.

Top players who suffered defeats in round three included George Breedlove, Tony Chohan, Shannon Daulton, Corey Deuel, Brian Gregg, Ike Runnels, Dee Adkins, John Morra, Gabe Owen and Ralf Souquet.

While round four was being played, the 10-ball ring game took place on the Accu-Stats table with Shane Van Boening, John Schmidt, Alex Pagulayan, Louis Ulrich, Art Keck and Eric Peterson competing for the $18,000 first prize. The game came down to Van Boening and Pagulayan with Van Boening getting the win.
