Wednesday Book Club

The Wednesday Book Group will discuss Absolute Power by David Baldacci on Wednesday morning, January 16, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon in the third floor conference room of the Main Library, 101 W. Manchester Blvd.

Passport Processing Back to Normal

The Inglewood Public Library is an official Passport Acceptance Agency which processes applications for U. S. passports from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The U. S. State Department now requires that travelers returning by air from Mexico, Canada, Bermuda, and the Caribbean have valid passports. A temporary accommodation for travelers was not extended past the scheduled September 30, 2007, expiration date, as the State Department is now processing applications on a timely basis. Passports are required for all other nations for entry by either air or sea.
