The Show
Now that Billy Beane has dealt Dan Haren, I don't think Joe Blanton is far behind. The Mets aren't going to spend big money on Kyle Lohse, but I think they have enough young talent to deal for Blanton. The biggest free agents still out there are Lohse, Octavio Dotel and Mike Cameron, unless I'm missing somebody. So it's no wonder teams are still focused on trades."

I don't see them as a threat to win the East, especially after watching them lose at home to a Bulls team playing a back-to-back on the same night the Pistons and Celts were locked in that great duel. But they've done a great job, Eddie Jordan has found a way that works and Caron Butler deserves another trip to the all-star game. In fact, he might deserve to be called their best player, not Agent Zero. "

Pitt and Duke both did good things to put them in a position to win, and both made mistakes to put themselves in a position to lose. Both are top ten good, and both will benefit from the game. The only real downer was Pitt's loss of Mike Cook. He is a great kid, and seeing him hurt was gut wrenching. I thought Jamie Dixon showed a great amount of compassion for his player on the floor and afterward. That will be a tough loss for Pitt. He is a really good college player."
