Run, Man, Run is a Western action and adventure film directed by Sergio Sollima that follows a thief as he puts his skills to the test in order to steal treasure before a gang of treasure hunters get their hands on it. Set during the Mexican Revolution in the early 1910s, a hunt for a revolutionary's fortune has pulled all the outlaws, thieves, and gangs out of the woodwork, including a gang of Mexican revolutionaries (led by John Ireland), a blonde former Salvation Army huntress (Linda Vargas), hired mercenaries from France, and an American gunslinger (Donal O'Brien). Also on the hunt is petty thief and knife thrower Cuchillo (Tomas Milian), who in turn is hunted by his beautiful yet jealous Dolores (Chelo Alonso). The hunt turns into a gun battle as Cuchillo puts his skills to use taking each bandit out of the search. Even as Cuchillo sets aside his own pride to pair up with the former sheriff and gunslinger, Nathaniel Cassidy, the actual location of the gold is a definite look into the saying 'hidden in plain sight'.moreless
