When Foofur's owner dies he inherits his owner's estate including the house. Foofur is a dog and the inheritance does not sit well with the executor, the evil Mrs. Escrow. Mrs. Escrow is trying to sell the house instead of letting a dog have it. Foofur decides to get his friends out of the dog pound to help his protect his new home.
