You can usually find your Nero serial number on the CD package of the box version or in the confirmation e-mail you received after purchasing a downloadable version in the Nero Online Shop.

If you are unable to find your serial number, follow these steps:

Click on "Start Run" and type "REGEDIT" in the field “Open“
Click on "OK" to open the Registration Editor.
Open the file.

For Nero 5 and Nero 6:
