I'm having a little trouble working out what you are asking exactly. But I can tell you that all the reference I had to work with was sent to me by Fleetway apart from the book Stay Sonic which they suggested that I buy for myself. In turn Fleetway would have got all the material from Sega Europe (some would have no doubt come via Copyright Promotions who were employed by Sega to administer the licensing deal with FLeetway).
