    MiPALs are published by the National Defense University (NDU) Library to provide access to key U.S. policy statements on the country or topic for Military Education Research Library Network (MERLN) users. Central Asia includes Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
  • NTI - Kyrgyzstan Profile
    Nuclear, biological, chemical and missile development programs, policies and activities from the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI). NTI is non-profit organization with a mission to strengthen global security and fulfill the Non-Proliferation Treaty's goals and ambitions.
