Venues

With more than 80 bands/performances over five days in seven venues, each with its own distinct character and line-up of artists, you can experience the diverse range of entertainment the festival is famed for.

Main Stage

The large orbit stage on the Main Lawn is where Larmer Tree-goers gather to see the festival’s headline acts. Framed by trees and foliage and frequented by exotic birds, you couldn’t ask for a more stunning setting.

Garden Stage

The Singing Theatre, as it was originally named in the 1880s, is an iconic, spectacular wooden stage with a beautifully painted backdrop where musicians have played for well over 100 years. You can expect live music and DJs performing here throughout the festival.

Big Top

Hosting various music and dance workshops by day and exploding at night with some of the festival’s rawest, most energetic and downright funky live bands.

The ARC

Grab a chair, buy a drink and get up close and personal with some world-class acts. Hear some unexpected and memorable collaborations during the open mic spots, all in an intimate small-club atmosphere.

Club Larmer

A theatre and workshops venue during daylight, but when night falls festival-goers head here for the best of global grooves, reggae, funk, hip hop and classic disco to keep you dancing ’til the early hours. The club’s café will keep you replenished with hot and cold drinks and some delicious cakes, together with a well-stocked bar in the evening.

The Social

After last year’s hugely successful launch, The Social is back again and we’ve made it even bigger by adding another reindeer herder’s tent. Hosted by George Smerin and his able crew, this is the place to chill, read the papers, play Top Trumps, listen to some impromptu acoustic music or simply get a drink, flop down and just be!

Flag Circle

After its debut last year the flags will be flying again to host some fantastic street theatre shows. Located in the Village, the Flag Circle is the place to gather round for some hilarious, engaging and downright weird performances.
