Section 1061(i)(2) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act makes the Board an "agency" for purposes of FOIA.
The Board published interim-final regulations
to implement FOIA in the Federal Register on April 10, 2007, and will become final on May 25, 2007.
