Exercise for Parkinson's patients

Free exercise classes for those with Parkinson's disease are being made available at the University of St. Augustine for Health Science Wellness Center. The center is located at 1 University Blvd., directly behind Flagler Hospital.

The mornings of May 14 and 21, occupational therapist students will do pre-exercise balance and functional testing, after which physical therapy students will conduct classes June 11-July 30, for a total of eight sessions.
