Support Life Spiritual Life and Mortal Life are precious to God - Contribute for the Good of the Faithful

One should strongly believe in the papacy and in the episcopacy, but should be reserved concerning those who occupy an office at any given time.  It is important to validate the teachings of anyone in relation to the universal and permanent teachings of Sacred Scripture and subsequent universally defined teachings concerning matters of faith and morals.  Any real conflicts, reversals of direction or termination of any teaching of any individual is a clear sign of his non-moral holding of office.  The "spirits" referred to below are living human beings, particularly those in positions of prominence.
  • Now the Spirit explicitly says that in the last times some will turn away from the faith by paying attention to deceitful spirits and demonic instructions [1 Tim. 4:1]
  • Beloved, do not trust every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they belong to God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. [1 John 4:1]

Contributing to the Support of the Church, known as Tithing (10% of one's income), and donations to charities should not be made to parishes, religious groups, dioceses, national, or international authorities that are headed by anyone (pastor, bishop, layman, etc.) under the sentence of automatic excommunication, nor should they be made to organizations not having the spiritual values establish by the Holy Trinity that are found in the valid teachings of Sacred Scripture, expounded in Catholic doctrine, and validated by not being in opposition to or diminishing (reversing direction) its writings.  The following is a list of conditions under which a person, that is, layman, priest, bishop, archbishop, cardinal, or pope, becomes guilty of a crime under which the Sentence of Automatic Excommunication applies.  These mortal sins can be committed either by commission or omission.  The gravity of the offense increases with the relative rank of the offending person (a pope is more responsible than a cardinal, and so forth).  While all unrepentant offenders are condemned, the gravity increases by reason of one's rank or position:

To contribute to parish churches, dioceses, etc. headed by or retaining an excommunicated person is a mortal sin, at least when one is knowledgeable of such condition.  It would be at least a venial sin to ignore improprieties and could be deadly sin.  One may not claim exemption if he fails to honestly examine the validity of this position. Inquiry must be made into valid moral Church teachings available over the internet and other independent sources.  To inquire of one who focuses on other than a valid hierarchial structure of teachings 1 (includes:  liberals –known as cafeteria Christians;  conservatives –those who generally believe whatever they have been taught; often believing that the pope or their bishop is faultless;  and traditionalists –those who focus on a time framework for their acceptance of truth) is both counterproductive and condemnatory.  Worst of all is to make inquiry to one who is indifferent to truth.  Such person is known as a middle-of-the-roader [Rev. 3:15f].

NOTE:  The widows mite (Mk. 12:41-44) exceeded tithing obligated under a system of law. We now live under a system of justice based upon love of the spiritual values of truth leading to spiritual mercy for repentant sinners.  This document is in not intended to excuse from the obligation to tithe, which always remains, but focuses upon a rational approach to tithing 2 that serves the faith through the sound advancement of God's teachings that increases the numbers entering Heaven.

A person who commits one of the following sins incurs a
latae sententiae (automatic) excommunication
.

Excommunications marked "Reserved," are reserved to the Apostolic See.
The confessor of a repentant excommunicated person, whose sin is "Reserved,"
must obtain permission from the Vatican to absolve and restore one's
membership in the Church.  A person's identity is not generally required.

The Code of Canon Law — 1983 A.D.

  1. Apostasy - renunciation of one's faith. – rejecting allegiance to God or by transferring to a non-Catholic faith practice whether Christian or not.
Heresy - rejection of a valid Church teaching as found in any part of Sacred Scripture, or a teaching of Scripture that has been expounded upon and taught universally with binding force by a morally reigning pope.
Schism - separation from the true body of Christ (the Catholic Church). – Can. 1367

  2. (Desecration of the Holy Eucharist) – Throws away the consecrated species, or for sacrilegious use takes them away or keeps them. – Can. 1367 Reserved — This is seen to include desecration of the Holy Eucharist by giving the consecrated Host to a publicly known person who is under sentence of automatic excommunication.  Those with the rank of bishop or higher have greatest responsibility in this regard.  Such actions are inexcusable. (Cardinal Bernard Law [and John Paul II for not removing him from office] giving Holy Communion to automatically excommunicated Senator Kennedy. Father Mohlomi Makobane [and his bishop, etc. for not removing him from office] giving Holy Communion to then President Clinton, a non Catholic, who was known to be a grave sinner as well as being hypocritical in regard to the Baptist teachings he professes to observe.  Archbishop Marcel Gervais for giving Holy Communion to Governor General Adrienne Clarkson, a member of the schismatic Anglican Church.)

  3. Physical force against the Roman Pontiff. – Can. 1370 §1 Reserved  —  This is seen to apply only to a man who has been morally ordained, morally advanced to the rank of pope, and not under the sentence of automatic excommunication. An infiltrator into the priesthood such as a communist, Freemason (member of any secret society, organization or activity), perpetrator of any activity for which the death penalty has been prescribed by God, or one who was under sentence of excommunication can never be seen as one who was morally ordained.  It would follow that if subsequent to obtaining office a pope becomes guilty of one of the foregoing the moral validity of holding office is lost and protection under this canon ceases. By virtue of guilt he automatically ceases to morally hold office. Even though a pope legally remains in office the moral aspect –infallibility regarding the "Chair of Peter"– is considered muted (silenced) It only remains for public proof to be established and legal ejection from office to take place, a matter of sufficient moral consensus.

  4. Priest who absolves a partner in a sin against the sixth commandment. (Except in danger of death the absolution is invalid.) – Can. 1378 §1 Reserved

  5. Both parties to an episcopal consecration without a pontifical mandate. – Can. 1382 Reserved — This may be conditioned upon whether there was a morally reigning pontiff holding office at the time.

  6. Confessor who directly violates the sacramental seal. – Can. 1388 §1 Reserved

  7. One who actually procures an abortion – Can. 1398; and all accomplices 3 – Can. 1329 §2 — Accomplices are seen to include public officials promoting or defending abortion or choice and all who vote for such persons. Also included would be those who believe in the practice of any form of intended abortion including abortifacient chemicals or methods. In vitro fertilization, cloning and the like would also come under this condemnation.
  • Abuse of ecclesiastical power or office - to be punished according to the gravity of the act  or  the omission. – Can. 1389 §1   Unspecified penalty

  • Through culpable negligence, unlawfully and with harm to another, performs or omits an act of ecclesiastical power or ministry or office. – Can. 1389 §2   Unspecified penalty

EXCEPTIONS in regard to Automatic Excommunications:

  1. habitual lack of use of reason, – Can. 1322 — A child like person not having the use of reason.
  2. not completed the sixteenth year of age, and more exceptions, – Cann. 1323 - 1325
  3. incomplete offense, – Can. 1328 — One intending to have or participate in an abortion but does not carry through. Voting for pro abortion candidates or otherwise promoting abortion or participating in abortion (surgical, chemical, etc.) are completed offenses.

It should be obvious that God hates evil 4 together with those who have deliberately chosen evil.  (In voting one may not chose someone who will only allow some murders to avoid voting for one who favors more numerous murders.)  If one believes that God has not and will not ever send a human being to Hell, then such person is a heretic and is under the penalty of automatic excommunication.  If one believes that Jesus is not fully present (Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity, that is, He is present both materially and spiritually) in the Most Holy Eucharist, then such person is in heresy.  That one may receive Holy Communion with unconfessed mortal sins on their soul or that the reception of Holy Communion forgives mortal sins, then he or she is in heresy.  Continuing in false beliefs after obtaining knowledge of a teaching makes one a heretic.

Any priest or other person teaching with the authority of the Church, who professes that one may receive Holy Communion in the state of mortal sin, or teaches that the reception of Holy Communion itself forgives mortal sin(s) has committed a mortal sin and has been automatically excommunicated for teaching heresy.

During this past year, 2002 A.D., some of the problems in the Catholic Church have publicly come to the surface.  Many problems within the Church have their foundations in decades past, some over at least several centuries.  Vatican Council II has been blamed by many for these problems but in reality I believe that it only furnished a means for those who were intent on using the Church for their own purposes, or for those who want to destroy it.  It was not a dogmatic council and therefore its teachings, with possible exceptions, are by reason of the council not binding upon anyone.  For the most part the council said little that was not easily knowable to anyone of sound faith

Subsequent to its conclusion the council was used as a framework for deceit by many who wanted to instill their own agendas into the Church (accomplish their own goals).  This took place following loss of discipline in the Church and through post Vatican II documents.  Catholics as a whole, and in truth most priests, know little about the teachings of the council.  Therefore it was easy for non-believing priests and bishops of all ranks to foster their own goals.

It is my belief, and I have stated these in various documents on this web site, that the Church has been highly infiltrated by secret societies and foreign agents, the most notable being the Freemasons and the Communists.  These beliefs have been strongly enforced by the writings of insiders 5 who believe in Jesus Christ.

The presence of infiltrators –and this reference includes large numbers of homosexuals– has brought the Church to a low ebb.  Most Catholics still remain ignorant of what has been taking place.  Even those who know that something is wrong still contribute to the support of these evil people by giving to their local parish collection and to the numerous diocesan collections taken up throughout the year.  A highly thought of, well liked fun loving person is often humanistic bringing moral destruction to many.  Satan, often referred to as the father of lies, is the master of deceit using peoples own momentary perspectives to their detriment.

This "Melchizedek, king of Salem and priest of God Most High," "met Abraham as he returned from his defeat of the kings" and "blessed him." And Abraham apportioned to him "a tenth of everything." His name first means righteous king, and he was also "king of Salem," that is, king of peace. [Hebrews 7:1-2]

See how great he is to whom the patriarch "Abraham (indeed) gave a tenth" of his spoils. The descendants of Levi who receive the office of priesthood have a commandment according to the law to exact tithes from the people, that is, from their brothers, although they also have come from the loins of Abraham. But he who was not of their ancestry received tithes from Abraham and blessed him who had received the promises. [Hebrews 7:4-6]

One might even say that Levi himself, who receives tithes, was tithed through Abraham, [Hebrews 7:9]

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance; he went out, not knowing where he was to go. [Hebrews 11:8]

Pope John Paul II's Vatican theologians have been equally divided on the unpopular position. But Archbishop Oscar Lipscomb, a protector of pedophiles who still receive archdiocesan financial support — in addition to costs associated with their grave immoral activities, has taken away income from one who has not opposed any defined Catholic Church teaching.
