The weapon system, acronym’ed SATAN, uses an occult theme. Here are some examples of the colloquialisms used by the inbred operators of it.
“Cast a spell, curse, or hex” – Just slang used in the operation of the weapon system. Any number of pre-recorded brain entrainments which can affect emotions and mood or to create physical pains and other tortures.
“Send a daemon” – an automated mind virus. Usually a long term computer ‘service’ that runs in the background which in this context affects the target mind. Similar to “Casting a spell” but specific to splitting personalities, forced speech, and nightmare programming.
“Erase them” – Depattern, de-correlate, erase their memory, and scramble the information in their minds.
“Terminate, delete them” – run the self destruct scripts and programs.
“Sacrifice them” – Start the long
torturous process of brain washing similar to MKUltra

Since brainwashing techniques often need to be tailored to the local culture and beliefs, it is important to create scripts that are relevant to the individual’s and culture’s mythologies. So the Satanic occult theme is only one of several others that are commonly used.
There is plenty of non occult jargon used by a different segment in the intelligence agencies. Here are some examples:
To make irrelevant – de-correlate socially, reduce influence and cultural synchronization. The same concept applies to “the society of minds” in the processing flow of information in a single target brain. [Read Minsky’s book Society of Minds to understand this concept]
Noise – Adding noise to a media stream or a brain will asymptotically de-correlate the matrices, but anti-correlations will more quickly depattern it. So for example, purposely lying to a person who relies on your word for truth about the world, will more quickly destabilize their relevance and understanding than had you just guessed randomly at the answers to their questions. The strategy used for brainwashing, propaganda, and depatterning is to gain the targets trust, then lie until the target discovers a lie and then rebuild the trust, then repeating this cycle. The human brain can not easily backtrack very far and erase the information it took for truth while in trust mode.
Chatter – A term used in intelligence agencies to mean the gross aggregation of communications. Example “There’s been a lot of chatter about a terrorist attack happening on this day.” A type of polling of the collective thinking and communications. The same technique is applied at a different scale to a human minds using sophisticated methods to poll the “chatter” of the “society of minds” contained within a single brain. So for example a non-invasive way to do this (old school CIA tactics) is to have many different recordings playing different statements simultaneously. The human brain will key onto the phrases and words that are most recently relevant or alarming and pick it out of the crowd.

An analogy of how to enslave humans.
Let’s say we have a rat who lives on a hamster wheel and the sides are caged. The rat will get hungry. It sees a picture of a piece of cheese (the American dream). It runs towards it. At first it is fun and the cheese appears to be within reach. As the rat gets hungrier, it runs faster. The turning of the wheel powers a small generator which is charging a battery. Finally when the rat gets tired and realizes that the cheese is fake and the effort is futile, it stops. Then the battery which has been charged up sends an electroshock through the metal wheel any time it stops moving. The rat starts running again and learns that it gets painfully shocked possibly to death if it stops running. Its fate is sealed because the battery will never loose its charge until the rat has run itself out and then shocked to death by the very power it provided.
