Lead Performance: Eiffel 65
Thankfully, this synthetic dance-pop ditty -- from the Italian trio's radio-ready Europop debut -- clocks in at under four minutes. At that brisk pace, ''Blue'' -- and its brain-burrowing ''Da Ba Dee'' hook -- is a fleeting, feel-good foot-tapper. But given the choice, discerning road-trippers will opt for a full round of ''99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall'' over a ''Blue'' threepeat.
