Forget headshots: The mugshot is the currency of choice in Hollywood these days. Not that Tinseltown holds a monopoly on bad behavior. Marcus Vick was arrested today and charged with DUI, the Virginian-Pilot reports. An officer said he approached the former Dolphins quarterback’s car when he heard two people arguing, prompting Vick to speed off. Another officer stopped Vick’s car and administered a sobriety test, which he and his companion failed. Marcus is the brother of former Falcons QB Michael Vick, now serving time for staging dog fights. More »

Both sides in the R. Kelly child porn case have presented their closing arguments, and the jury will resume deliberating the fate of the R&B singer tomorrow morning, the New York Post reports. Jurors today watched parts of the infamous tape that prosecutors say shows Kelly having sex with an underage girl. Kelly and the alleged victim both have denied being on the tape. He faces up to 15 years if convicted. More »

Lynn Spears’ book about raising daughters Britney and Jamie Lynn will hit stores in the fall, the publisher tells People . Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World was shelved when Jamie Lynn became pregnant last year. The R. Kelly jury was treated to a short course in video doctoring yesterday, as the rapper's defense team worked to discredit the tape prosecutors say shows him having sex with a very underage girl. The issue is the now-infamous R. Kelly mole the defense says isn't there in the man on the video. The defense broke down footage the prosecutors say shows the mole, and found that it appears on exactly 2 frames of video, and then disappears. More »
