YachtsandYachting.com RS Elite Class PageThe first new major keelboat class in her sector for years the RS Elite was designed in 2004 by the legendary Phil Morrison and developed by the RS Team to satisfy a brief from sailors at Hayling Island SC for a ‘New, modern, classic keelboat for the discerning sailor’. Fleets are already growing and a class start at Cowes in the first year of production has set the pace for this new, exciting, high performing boat.
The RS Elite has an active and enthusiastic Class Association which coordinates events, represents the Class and publishes a Yearbook and Newsletter for all members.
