Toronto American cycling star Lance Armstrong helped to raise more than $1.3-million for cancer in Waterloo, Ont., on the weekend, but also drawing attention was his travelling companion.
He and actress Kate Hudson, who so far have remained mum about their relationship, vacationed with Hudson's mother, Goldie Hawn, at the family cottage in Ontario's Muskoka region before the race, according to People.com. A few days later, Hudson was also spotted in Toronto's trendy Yorkville shopping district with her four-year-old son, Ryder, and Armstrong's three children.
After the weekend race in Waterloo, in which Armstrong and local residents cycled 117 kilometres in an event called "Ride with Lance" to raise money for cancer treatments at the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre and the Odette Cancer Centre at Toronto's Sunnybrook Hospital, the actress joined Armstrong for a gala dinner, posing for photos and chatting with other participants, the website reported.
