FOSSILS: Complete skull, skull fragments,

COMMENTS: This iguanodont has a higher snout and a wider and
lower cropping beak with a larger number of replacement teeth, and probably represents
the peak of development in skull complexity in
ornithopods
. These changes may be a response to tougher food, or a development to increase food
gathering and processing efficiency.
