Discovering the historical figure Petar Bogdan

 The person Petar B. Bakshev as an outstanding historical figure came to be known to the scientific and cultural circles in Bulgaria not until the 80s of the 20th century, although his life and work coincides with those of already famous men of letters as Petar Parchevich , Philip Stanislavov and Franchesko Soimirovich.
Before the discovery of professor Bozidar Dimitrov , who in 1977 in the papal library of Vatican finds the manuscript “The history of Bulgaria”(the major work of Bakshev) and before to issue in1985 a book titled “Petar Bogdan Bakshev”. Bulgarian politician and chronicler of the 17th century about Bakshev all we know is that he is one humble Catholic minister.
