| This images below were taken with GSTAR-EX video camera on 21 May 2006 and 30 Sep 2007(poor seeing
conditions). Through the 31.5cm F/4.5 it reveals much fainter stars in the background with only 2 minutes of integration. The movement
is quite noticeable over the 16 month period.
A small galaxy is also revealed above center right, possibly PGC 61178 mag 14.6 |

Very close to our solar system at 5.99 Light Years and has the highest proper motion of any Star visible from Earth.
It moves at 10.29 arc sec/yr, so in 20 years it has moved 205.8 arc sec (3 min 26 sec) across the sky.
