2002 BEN Environment Awards

The 2002 BEN Environment Awards were presented in December of that year, in conjunction with BEN's very successful Weaving the Web Biodiversity Conference.

School Award: Ballarat Grammar. Commendation to Mt Pleasant Primary School.

Business Award: Organic Recyclers

Individual Award: Brian Simpson.

Landcare Award: Break O' Day and Forest Environment Group (BODAFEG). Commendations to South Ballarat Urban Landcare Group, Napoleons Landcare Group, and Ross Creek Landcare Group.

Max Brooke Recognition Award: Bodey Lonergan, Matt Pywell

Community Group Award: Field Naturalists Club of Ballarat.

BEN Hall of Fame: Pat Hope

Gold Award: Robin and Andrew Ferry
