W.E.C. Engineers, Inc. coordinated this project with a village and a Department of Transportation developers.  The project was necessitated by a private developer and funded by the business owners.  The plan approvals were handled through the Department of Transportation and the Village.

The project involved the widening of a State Route to accommodate a center turning lane and right turning lane to handle the increased traffic flow.
