Many features in Visual Studio Tools for Office are available only in certain versions of the product. For example, document-level customizations are available only in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for the Microsoft Office System (VSTO 2005), and application-level add-ins for the 2007 Microsoft Office system are available only in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (VSTO 2005 SE). The features that are available to you depend on which combination of Visual Studio Tools for Office and Visual Studio 2005 products you have installed.
