Jerrod Johnson touts the Aggie company line. The Texas A&M; sophomore will play receiver or quarterback, backup or starter. Wherever the coaches want him, it's cool. He refused this week – a bye week for the Aggies – to bite on the chance to run a Johnson-for-starter campaign.

'Raggedy' win good enough as Aggies give Sherman a victory
Saturday's game was certainly "raggedy" as first-year coach Mike Sherman termed it repeatedly, but Texas A&M; did enough to outlast New Mexico, 28-22, and earn Sherman's first victory as Aggie head coach in front of 28,007 at University Stadium.
