Prime Minister Thaçi hosts the head of the Greek Liaison Office in Pristina, Moschopoulos: from next week, Kosovan citizens can travel with Republic of Kosovo passports to Greece

Prime Minister Thaçi thanked Greece for the very constructive role they had played for Kosovo, and for peace and stability in the region, as well as for regional collaboration, a continued support for Kosovo in this democratic transition.

Denmark is one of the first countries to have recognized Kosovo as an independent and democratic state, said Prime Minister Thaçi and added that this was the only fair solution to the status of Kosovo. The process leading to Kosovo’s independence was carried out in full coordination with the European Union member states, United States of America and the goal of Kosovo is to build democratic order and a multiethnic society, said Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi.


In its 36th meeting, the Kosovan Government approved the Bill on Agriculture and Rural Development and the Administrative Instruction for preventing dangerous work for children in Kosovo
In his opening speech the Prime Minister made special mention of the fact that the General Assembly of the United Nations would soon be discussing Kosovo, and appealed to all democratic countries of the world to continue their support to Kosovo.

"The Kosovan government will continue co-operation with the international civil authorities in Kosovo, but also with the KFOR authorities, because our eventual aim is to be part of both NATO and of the European Union," said Prime Minister Thaçi.
