Wimbledon junior champion Laura Robson reached the semi-finals of the £40,000 LTA tournament in Shrewsbury with a superb 6-3 6-3 defeat of Tzipi Obziler.
The 14-year-old made short work of beating the world number 123, breaking her opponent's serve three times.
Robson took just over an hour to seal the win over the Israeli, who is 21 years older than the Briton.
"I'm very pleased with the way I played - my coach and I worked on a game plan and it obviously worked," said Robson.
"The semi-final will be a tough match and I am looking forward to it."
The teenager will now play Estonia's Maret Ani after the world number 105 beat Belgian Kirsten Flipkens 7-6 6-3 in her quarter-final match.
Robson had previously made it through to the quarter-final by beating Poland's Urszula Radwanska 6-3 6-3.

Radwanska, ranked 128th in the world, reached the second round of Wimbledon after she received a wildcard for winning the junior tournament in 2007.
Robson beat British number eight Sarah Borwell 7-6 (7-4) 2-6 6-3 in her first match at Shrewsbury.
Against Borwell - the world number 325 - she came back from 2-4 down in the first set to force a tie-break, which she won despite trailing 1-4.
Robson made her professional debut in Limoges, France, earlier this month - beating Italy's Alice Balducci, before pulling out of her second-round match against Marina Melnikova with a shoulder injury.
She must play one more senior event to earn a world ranking.
