LONDON Thomson Financial - Atlantis Plastics Inc said it plans to voluntarily delist its common shares from the NASDAQ Capital Market, effective March 27.

The company expects its shares to be quoted on the Pink Sheets LLC Electronic Quotation Service after delisting from the NASDAQ.

The move follows notification from the NASDAQ that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
