Sales staff are no longer order takers but partners in building the bottom line of customers.
The global nature of the business is reflected in its links with the London, New York and Tokyo financial and commodity markets, and with customers in the Indian sub-continent, South-East and Northern Asia, the Pacific, Turkey and the Middle East.
AGR Matthey has offices in five Australian State capitals as well as in Auckland and Hong Kong, and employs just under 300 staff. It has also established a representative office in China.
